Introduction to Theory of Constraints

This introductory course covers the fundamentals of Theory of Constraints (TOC). It adds another dimension of improvement capacity to the  Lean Six Sigma practitioner. Participants learn TOC’s systematic approach to improving processes by managing constraints and maximizing throughput. A TOC simulation provides learners with hands-on experience using this methodology for either service or manufacturing-oriented applications.
